Wait for Popup Window to Appear.

The popup window will load automatically. This may take up to one minute. If nothing happens, make sure you have both “Java” and “JavaScript” enabled in your browser preferences, then select “reload.” If that doesn’t work, you may need to upgrade your browser before you can use this feature.

How to Use the SiteMap in the Popup Window.

Move the popup window over to the side of your main browser window if necessary, so you can see both windows at the same time. Scroll down, open folders and double click on the sub-page you want to view. It will load in the original browser window. If you want to interact with the main browser window for an extended period, such as filling out a form, close down the popup window manually so it doesn’t keep popping up to the surface!

What to do if the Popup Window Gets “Lost.”

When you click on the main window, the popup window may seem to disappear, but it’s just hidden in the background. Just click on the taskbar icon at the bottom of your screen (Windows) or minimize the other windows (Mac) to make it visible again.
